Excel Find & Replace Macro Request Help

I have one entry database and we need to find specific words to something which i given,

Example:

Sheet 1: Entry values

Sheet 2: List of values to be find & its corresponding replacing values.


Please find attached spreadsheet for your kind reference.

Kindly review and please help us to create excel macro for find and replace.




My requirement is excel macro coding for find & replace:

Find List Sheet: Find value from Column "A" with exact match

to replace Master Sheet its corresponding value of List column "B"

Exmaple:

Application to be replace "App" in Master Sheet.





It will more help in our work area....
