Hyperlink Shows Cell at Top of Page

I have a few hyperlinks in my spreadsheet that link to other parts of the page (to make navigating around easier). Right now the active cell pulls up at the bottom of the screen, but I want it to appear at the top. I've read there are ways to get it to do this with visual basic. Can someone please help me with the code and how to put it into visual basic? I'm an absolute beginner. I've tried a couple different ones and I can't get it to work. Help, please!

You can set the cell in the Edit Hyperlink Dialog
    Hope that helps.

I've done that, but the cell shows up at the bottom of the page, not at the top. Is there a way to get it to the top?
