Link comment to cell content

Hello!

Could you please help me with the following.

For example, in Sheet1 I have a cell A1 with a formula which shows some result for example "Sales 2011: 122,333". The value will be updated automatically when a user choose another option from a drop down menu.

In Sheet2 there is another cell, let's say C3 which has a comment attached to it which should mirror what shows in the cell A1 in Sheet1

How is it possible to automatically update the comment anytime the result in the cell A1 changes?
