Macro for sending filtered data to multiple recipents (excel/outlook 2007)

Hello, just came across this forum and hoping anyone can give some insight. I'm wanting to create a macro that filters the data and sends it in the body of an email to respective email address. Screenshot of example spreadsheet is below. Basically need to send one email for each person containing all of their respective data in the body.
