How can we help? We need to know tax rates, etc for your area.
I'm sure you can buy software to prepare payroll which will be more reliable than attempting to create your own
Hope that helps.

veejar,
thank you for the reply can you give me instructions on how to do it.
If you have a table of pay in a worksheet & a template payslip you can use VLOOKUP to populate the payslip. All with Excel
how to use VLOOKUP?
Hi Sysen,
Can you upload a sample file, It would be easier that way
Regards,
Veejar
Do some research into Excel formulas, etc.
I don't think you should be even considering creating a payroll calculator with Excel & no knowledge of fairly basic Excel functions.
Hello i do know how to use VLOOKUP but i dont know how to use it when comes in preparing payslip. here come my attachment. kindly check. Thank you.
Has this been answered? If not, the LOOKUP function may do the trick. I suggest putting all payroll information (or all that you want to be displayed in your payslip) in 1 sheet and the payslip on the another sheet. Multiple payslip in 1 page is possible.
