Pull Issue Tracking Information into Dashboard

I have a dashboard that I am trying to display information based on the user clicking a button. There are will be three buttons that the user can click on, "Open", "Completed", and "Mapping Constraint". For example, if the user clicks the "Open" button, the macro will pull anything in the tracking sheet where the status column equals open. I would like it to display the fields from the tracker that meet the criteria on the dash. Same thing with the "completed" button. The "mapping constraint" will pull information from the tracker where the mapping constraint field equals yes.

I have been looking at this for awhile and have not came up with what will work. Hopefully I explained this right and someone has an idea of what I am looking for. Thanks so much in advance.
