Hiding and Unhiding a Dynamic Range of Rows Using Checkboxes

Hey guys - Just what the title says. I have a range of rows that will increase and decrease from time to time. I.E. Users will insert and delete rows. I need to be able to hide and unhide this range of rows using a checkbox. There is indeed an empty row underneath the range I'm trying to hide/unhide. However, I'm having some trouble with my code. I keep getting the Application-defined or Object Defined error. I'm thinking maybe I have something wrong with my syntax... Any ideas? Thanks for the help!
