Automatically Send Email When Spreadsheet Been Updated

I am a project manager and in order to keep track of a particular process, I have uploaded a file onto our server.
My project must enter the status of a "block". I have created 4 columns for them to do this as these for columns gives me the best overview of this project. The columns are "Block Name", "Result", "Comments" and "Completion Date".

I would like to know how I can receive automatically triggered emails whenever someone updates this form (specific ranges of course).

Ideally, I would like to know what was updated (in my case, it would be either a single row, or multiple rows that would need to be sent/displayed/etc).

In addition, I have created a "tally" which counts either "Completed", "Pending", "Problem" items based on inputs from the users into a specific column i.e. if something is "Ok", it counts it as "Completed", if it is marked "Pending", then it counts the total number "Pending" in that range, etc. I would like this Tally to be also sent to me.

I summary, I would like to get:
    1) an email notification whenever somebody UPDATES specific ranges in the spreadsheet that I have created eg. Hi Jamie, Spreadsheet Block Inspection Status has been updated. Details of update are as follows:"

    2) In addition, I would like to get information on what was updated eg. Block L36P - Pending - Incorrect Drawing - DATE.

    3) Finally, I would like to get the Overall Status eg. Blocks Completed - 157, Blocks Pending - 23, Blocks CLC - 2

    Additional if possible:
    a) I would like for the signature of the sender to be automatically filled in in the mail I receive.
    b) If I would like additional sheets in the same workbook, would they method be able to retrieve similar information across 1-10 sheets?

I have attached the file that I have already created.
