Count no of data present in a specified column based on multiple condition

Hi All
I have three Radio Button R1, R2, R3, and data of three column A, B, C. When I click R1 it will count data based condition B and C.
for Example ColA ColB ColC
------ ------- -------
String R1 TeamA
String R1 TeamB
String R2 TeamA
string R1 Team A
so when i click Radio button R1 it will display TeamA - 2, TeamB -1

Does the radio buttons are on the worksheet are in userform.
