macro to perform average of cells

Hi I'm looking for a macro that will help me calculate the average for a range of cells. In the attached excel workbook, I'd like to calculate the average of cells B7:E7 on F7, and the similar pattern for other rows as well as for the heading

It's not a custom macro, it's a standard worksheet function.

Take a look at F7 on the attached(modified version of your workbook).

i know that function exist, but it would be quite tedious to drag down/ copy and paste the function when there's chucks of data extending up to column ZZ. The data you see in this book is just a small part of what I have. So would prefer if there is a macro that can help calculate the average, especially useful if there is a change of values in between
