hi, ive been trying to autofilter, conditional format etc a spreadsheet so that it only shows/highlights rows where the words 'film' and/or 'development' and/or 'production' appears in any of the columns (A to I).
i cant get it to work after hours of playing around, any ideas?
I guess an alternative method would be to delete all rows where any of the specified words 'do not' appear...any help much appreciated.

Take a look at the attachment. I am not exactly sure why the macro wont' work for you.
i can see why now...because in my cells, the words 'film' or 'development' or 'production' always form part of a small sentence in each cell, these words never appear on their own, it wont find a cell with just 'film' or 'development' or 'production', so it hides all of the rows.
In that case, change the code to
