Macro for data input and data organization

Hi there,

Hope you guys are doing good.

Here attached you find an excel file which contains a database of clients divided by Geographic area and country. I need a macro that throughtout an interface where I can select the country, the clients, the category(jacket, suit, shirt, trousers, overcoat, waistcoat, ties), cost(to be put in), motivation(to be put in), name of final customer(to be put in), date(to be put in) creates a structured file with subtotals per category and grand total

Can anybody help me?
