Help replacing large amount of text with another large amount of text??

Hi, i have downloaded a CSV file of my ebay items using turbo lister. there are 6500 ish items and all the descriptions have the html listing template within it. What i need to do is take that HTML listing template off all my descriptions and replace it with the new one.

it is around 3 pages on MS word of HTML that needs replaced...find and replace won't take that much.

Any help is much appreciated...at a dead end and dont fancy re-writing all these descriptions!

Without a sample workbook showing what sample gets replaced by what other sample, this is difficult to help.

If you copy and paste the contents of one of the ''description'' cells into MS word you will see all the HTML which has a template at the top (a good hundred or so lines of HTML) followed by the description in the middle and then more of the template at the bottom. I can separate out what is template and not on word but i don't know how to remove that part from all the cells.

Anyone able to help? I really need to get this work finnished today.
