Get avg on subtotals in Pivot Table.

I have a pivot table of which I would like to count the number of times an individual (lets say 3 people) perform a certain task. over the duration of 4 days (days can be dynamic) If there are 3 different task. I would like to get the average for the running days based on the subtotal of each individual for each task. This pivot table (simulated) gets it data from a source elsewhere. I am not showing the actual table because it has confidential data but it does exist. How would I dynamically capture the subtotals from the pivot table. I would then like to divide it by the number of daily totals to get my running average.
