Question Display Specified Image In Multiple Areas Within Workbook

I need to set up my workbook to display an image multiple times throughout it when it's name is chosen from a drop down list on one of the sheets.

I have a list of names, currently five, that have images assigned to them - their signatures. I put them on a sheet of their own for lack of a better idea, called the Value Sheet. To be honest, I also have no idea how to tell Excel which image is supposed to be assigned to which name, but hopefully that will be solved as well as we figure this out.

On the Entry Page there are the four cells that require a name. One of the five names is chosen from the drop down list. I've temporarily given each of the four cells a colour to show which cells need to be linked to where.

Now then, the remaining five pages show which cells need to be displaying which images, based on the current names chosen on the Entry Page cells. If the names on the Entry Page are changed, then these cells need to be updated accordingly, rather like linking cells with data, but in this case, of course, images.

The attachment shows how I need this to work.

What is the best way to go about this?

How do you know which signature to display? Where are the criteria?

Are you referring to the Entry Page names?

This workbook is used as a template. After each new 'Save As', the Entry Page receives many more values (I hid them in the hopes of making things simpler) - those values are all linked to various cells on the following pages. The four signature cells do not receive a name yet. Then, Pages 1 through 5 are printed, circulated at our workplace, receive actual signatures (which may vary), and then return to the office, where the name cells will then be selected based on the actual user signatures received, which is then saved for our records and documentation.

    Does that answer your questions?

I mean the worksheets beside the entry page. You want to display image based on the entry in Entry page tab? for page 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and so on?

    Yes, precisely - for example:

If Danny Edwards is chosen as Name 4 on the Entry Page, then his signature needs to appear in the red cells on Page 1 and Page 2. If his name is also chosen as Name 3, then his signature also needs to be displayed on the three green cells on Page 3 and the three green cells on Page 4. If his name is chosen again for Name 2, then his signature needs to be displayed in the three blue cells on Page 3, and if it's selected once more as Name 1, then his signature also needs to be displayed in the yellow cell on Page 5.

Does that help clarify it a bit?

Hum..at work, so probably won't have a lot of time to work on this one. Hopefully someone else will be able to step in and provide the solution.
