Rank between headers or blank rows

Hi,

I already have this code which adds a blank row and counts between them.
and would also like to add a ranking column. (see column E in this example)

Looks like I wrote it.

Change to

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

So that it will not insert extra rows to the table once it got a gap.
