Extract from a closed document

Hello

I would like to extract some information from a closed excel document.

For the moment here is my code :

For the moment, it opens a window where i have to select a folder. Then it opens every excel document in this folder and extract the specific colons mentioned in the code.

I want to be able to select one specific excel file, and choose the sheet and colon i want to import
