    Copy and Paste Macro

I have 4 sheets that contain the same row A. (FirstName, LastName, Email, Address...Etc (6 total).

Starting in A2 a list of user names is generated. This list changes daily; anywhere from 5 people to 500 people. I would like help with a macro that can find out how many rows have data and copy and paste those rows to 3 other sheets in the same row, say ("Sheet2, "Sheet3", and "Sheet4").

    Example:

If John | Smith | [email protected] | 342 Whatever Lane shows up in Sheet 1 - A2. I want that copied to Sheet 2, 3, and 4 in A2 as well.

    I appreciate the help.

    Re: Copy and Paste Macro

You said Paste, not Insert Copied Cells.

This will overwrite any data in this range on Sheets 2, 3 & 4 !!!

This also assumes there are NO BLANK ROWS on Sheet 1 in the List of User Names

I can't have the entire sheet selected. Only rows A2 and below that have data in it.

    Re: Copy and Paste Macro

    Did you run the macro?

This macro doesn't select the entire sheet, it selects the "current region" which, to Excel means, the entire table of data. All data connected to the Header Row 1 until a blank column and a blank row is reached.

Perhaps attaching your workbook would clarify what you mean, if my macro isn't doing what you've asked.
