How do I allow users to edit a form created in Excel that has already been submitted?

A co-worker and I created a form where leaders answer some questions about their employees during an evaluation. They want the ability to edit the form once the evaluation is done. Any ideas on how we can do that? We have added a Form ID box so each form will have a unique number, now we just need to figure out how to recall that form to update it.

    Hello mthandle,

    Welcome to the Forum!

Without the benefit of having your workbook to review, I can't answer your questions. Please post a copy of the workbook. This will answer many questions that won't need to be asked and will get you an answer more quickly.

    To Attach a File:

    1. Scroll down to the window below your post Additional Options
    2. In the frame Attach Files you will see the button Manage Attachments
    3. Click the button.
    4. A new window will open titled Manage Attachments - Excel Forum.
    5. Click the Browse... button to locate your file for uploading.
    6. This will open a new window File Upload.
    7. Once you have located the file to upload click the Open button. This window will close.
    8. You are now back in the Manage Attachments - Excel Forum window.
    9. Click the Upload button and wait until the file has uploaded.
    10. Close the window and then click Submit.
    Sincerely,
    Leith Ross
