VLOOKUP (equivalent) with combination input

I've found lots of useful info but nothing that fits what i'm looking for. Hope you guys can help. Whether this be VBA or just a cell formula doesn't really matter but would prefer VBA if possible.
I'm hoping the attachment worked. I'm looking to find information on "data" sheet and put it into "Calculation Sheet" sheet. The issue is the "data" sheet has first column with the point name i'm looking for, the second column has X,Y, & Z labels in different rows to further define the search. the output will be in one of the 3 rows labeled X,Y,Z. (I've got an example on the attachment hopefully)


Also I'm importing text files into multiple sheets and then searching for this data. that part works. If someone knows of a way to do without actually opening and importing that would be awesome.

Thanks for the reply WHER. I have seen many references to using a 'helper column' but didn't really understand what it did. I can understand your example.
I definitely think I can make this work for what I'm doing.
