    Save xlsm file as xlsx file

    Hi,

    I have a xlsm file which I need to save as an xlsx file with the same name, in the same folder and over write any existing file (Which may exist due to previous use).

    or you could just use save-as, and select xlsx from the drop-dpwn save-as list, and just overright whatever file may or may not be there?

    Thanks shg that works. I also need the code to close the .xlsx file and re-open the .xlsm file, can you add that? Thanks
