Macro to Copy data and Paste it into every 7th row in another sheet with hyperlink

Hi

Data.xlsx has two sheets. In the first spreadsheet data starts from the 3rd row down. I need a macro that would copy all the data in this sheet from Column A, B and D then paste it into Columns A, B and C in the second sheet into every 7th row beginning from 4th row. I'd also need to have the macro insert a hyperlink in data of column A in the first sheet that would link it to the same data in Column A of the second sheet.
