macro to Vlookup and convert '1' to 'Yes' and '0' to 'No'

Hi,

I have a scenario in which "Workbook2", "Sheet1" has IDs in colum "D" and "Workbook1", "Sheet1" has IDs in Colum "H" and row values of "0" and "1" in colums "N" to "AB".
I need the data of Colums "S", "V", "W", "X", "Y" "AA" and "AB". (I named the column header as Criteria1, Criteria2.... etc and highlighted in yellow)

For a Criteria, if all the fields have "1" as value, I need to get "Yes" for the corresponding ID and Criteria. If any of the fields have '0' as value, the text should be "No". Same should happen for all the criteriae.

Please help me out on this and I need this very badly.
