can i lock the cell which has Date & Time from previous code
if i can lock ,i Don't need to occurred any change about previous locks on the spacial cell
in another Mean prevent users to change any value after insert the Date & Time

This would mean the sheet is currently protected, so you'd have to unlock the sheet to make changes like this:

always i am facing this issue "compile error" in row
Range("E" & Cell.Row) .Locked = True

Take out that erroneous space in the middle of that line.
