Excel window not closing Auto_Open

Hi I hope someone could help me. I have a macro for auto_open and I call this from the scheduler. The problem is if the file is not there the excel spreadsheet stays open. If there is not there I do not want it to stay open if there is nothing to run. I attach code down below.
