I am trying to write the vigenére (not the venigére.. typo) cipher in excel, yet am having trouble with the decoding side of things. Because of the way I have done it, There are two possible values for letters in certain situations, thereby coming out with the wrong message. The easiest way of knowing what the hell I am on about is to look at what I have already done in the file I attached. have you got any suggestions for fixing this problem?

This is my second attempt.
This accepts upper and lower case, and punctuation.
In addition, it is just one function for coding and decoding, instead of two.
