Hi all.
I have two different experimental data series consisted of unknown values in two different excel sheets. The first is captured with frequency 2 Hz and the other one with frequency 10 Hz. How could I synchronize them in order to manipulate the data?
Could you explain what you mean by "synchronize them"? I'm sure it's not as simple as multiplying the 2 Hz data times 5

In frequency 10 Hz averaging 10 values (e.g. A1:A10, A11:A20, A21:A30 ...) and in 2 Hz frequency averaging 2 values (B1:B2, B3:B4, B5:B6 ...).
Could you post an example?
