Dropdown List w/ Checkboxes

Greetings!

I have simulated a dropdownlist with checkboxes by using the combination of listbox,commandbutton and label. The appearance is successful, but the problem is I don't know how to get the value of the selected checkboxes and put it in a particular cell. What I want is to get the values of those selected items in the list and then display it in the labels, if multiple selections will be delimited by comma, then put it in the cell. Can anyone help how to figure it out. attached is the workbook I am currently working on. The field is the "SR Status"

ok, I've manage to create a dropdown list with checkboxes and able to get the checked items, my problem now is, what code should I use if I wanted to check all the checkboxes at once, there is one option in the checkboxes, (the first one), which is if I check, all items will be checked at once, and if I uncheck the first option, all items will be unchecked at once. can anyone help me on this? appreciate your feedback.
