Auto-populate to Master list from Multiple sub sheets

Hi All,

I'm working on creating an easier way to keep track of sales calls and have come up with a file that saves my day's work into sub-sheets that are named with the day's date. I have a button to save the sheet because I only want to do it at the end of the day. I then want these sub-sheets to populate a master list. Here is what I'm working with.
