I'm not sure how to explain this but I have a full list of data that needs to be sorted out into 4 columns. Here is the file of data that I have to sort into the four columns Sample A, B, C, D. I could just copy and paste them since they are all in order but the real data file goes on forever. So I was wondering if anyone could help me find a simpler method instead of copying and pasting each set. Thanks!

Nevermind figured it out, but lets say I want to add another column "sample names" and copy it, how would I do that? [Note: Sample names are A and B, there is no heading for the samples names because the raw data that i extracted didn't provide it]Sample.xlsx

I'm not sure what your want to do here. Are you saying that al the samples in range G2:J7 relate to name "A", L2:O7 to name "B", and you want A in rows A2:A7,"B" in A8:A13 etc
