Finding the Big and Exact Match of Sample Data

Hi all,

I am comparatively to new to excel programming and in urgent need of some help....
I have data in two columns and i need to find the exact and big match of values in column A from that in Column B in new column C.

A B C(Required Results)
7890 8900 7890
7891 7890 Not Found
894 7909 89
8058 89 Not Found
8059 792 Not Found


Kindly suggest any way via programming or using build-in excel formulas for the resolution of the issue.

1. Consider 7890 in col A, it has an exact match in Col B, hence its printed in Col C
2. Consider 894 its big match "89" is present in column B, 89 is a big match for 894 because if we consider 89 as 89x then if x =4 894=894 , x can have any value from 0-9. just as like is used in SQL. so the output 89.
3. Consider 7891 it has neither big match nor an exact match in col B hence the output Not found.
