Complex ListBox Population

Hi,
I have to populate a list box based on the following - Any ideas on how to do this?

Worksheet 1 (Sheet1) has these 2 columns
Column A Column B
Model 1 Model 2
Part 1_1 Part 2_1
Part 1_2 Part 2_2
Part 1_3 Part 2_3
Part 1_4 Part 2_4
Part 1_5 Part 2_5
Part 1_6 Part 2_6
Part 1_7 Part 2_7
Part 1_8
Part 1_9
Part 1_10

Based on Selection (Model 1 or Model 2) I need to populate a listbox in Worksheet 2 (Sheet2). That is, there is a cell D2 in Sheet2, where using a dropdown, the user selects Model 1 or Model 2. Based on the selection, there should be a listbox in Sheet2 populated with the data under Model 1 or Model 2 (Part 1_1, Part1_2 etc...).
After populating the first listbox, the user will select a set of values from the listbox (eg - From the full list, the user selects only Part 1_1 and Part 1_6). These selected values should then be shown in the second listbox.

Also, is it possible to have checkboxes in the listbox to do the selection?

Can you please help me in constructing these listboxes?
