Need code for two lists, seperate worksheets, both to update eachother automatically.

I have a named range list in sheet 1 and a copy of it in sheet 2. I'm looking for code so that if I change something in the list on sheet 1 it does it for sheet 2. And if I change something on sheet 2 it updates on sheet 1. Any help is much appreciated!!

See if this workbook is what you need.

It contains two Dynamic Named Ranges, and the Activation Code is in the Sheet Module (Change Event) for each sheet.

Thank you for your help although its not quite what I had in mind. Let me give you what I've got working for me so far:
This is code I have for Sheet1 that is working its way over to Sheet2.

Now when I tried to write the same code in Sheet2 I got errors.

So I hope I gave you a little better idea now of what I'm trying to do. I just want the two lists linked where I can make a change on either one.
