Search Folders and Return Copy files matching multiple criteria

Hello again,

I've modified some code that searches folders and subfolders and copies files into a new folder. With small directories the code works well, however I need something much faster than can search through nearly a terobyte of excel files. Second, I need to be able to paste a list of numbers instead of the current Search Criteria 2 that allows for one entry. The macro should loop through through all folders one time returning all matches for search criteria 1 and the listed Criteria 2. I attached an example workbook.

Any advice is most appreciated!!!

Or is there a way to limit the file search from folder names containing numbers 10000 to 10156, for example?
