If I run this code on a new workbook it works perfect, get the error running on my workbook. Not sure
what to look for in my workbbook that causes the problem?

It could be your system sees the Target in the InStr statement as an object and not a value. Try this change and see if anything changes.

The problem is still solved, just have another question. Is it possible to add the backslash symbol to the code too. I played around a little with no luck.
