Be sure to EDIT your thread title as per forum rules (read in menu link above).
1) Move the TOTAL line up above the details, I moved it to D6:E6 and expanded the SUM to 100 rows.
2) Put this in the Work Details sheet module:
The doubleclick code with both add and remove the tick mark.

3) Put this in the a regular code module (Insert>Module) then connect it to your DONE button:
