I am new to the forum and looking for assistance. My boss has given me an Excel spreadsheet with data that will be used in a mailing list merge program. Each person's info is in column A, problem is that each is in a cell of its own. It looks like this:

John H. Smith
123 Main Street
Anywhere, USA 12345

I need the name in A1
Address in A2
City in A3
State in A4
Zip in A5

I need this repeated for each of the 1200+ records.

Help!!!
