Macro to Copy Employee Info in 2 Lines Below

    Hi

I have attached an Excel file below. I'd like help on a Macro that will copy the employee information from the first line to the two lines below of each employee. The number of employees change from month to month. So, once the macro reaches the last employee pastes the information, looks for the next employee below and stops because it can't find a new employee. No need to copy the column D: As long as there is an employee the contents in column D are always there.

I think that just about sums it up.

    Much appreciated

    Thalassa

Hi. Having an issue with the code. It works with the original spreadsheet. The Heading now starts at A5 and there is a space between the heading and the first row of information. Scratching my head. Appreciate a push in the right direction.

    Thanks

You know, Thalassa, that was probably the only thing I did not try. I even tried standing on my head and it did not work. You're theman.

    Much appreciated.
