Help: Submit form to website (PHP System) and retrieve response in Excel

Hi all,

I'm new here, I've found some of the help you have provided other users very interesting and useful, now I need some help myself.

I'm trying to create a spreadsheet that can take input and pass it to a websites PHP API, like you might do if integrating your own website with theirs, and also use the response in the spreadsheet aswell.

I'm not sure if this is even possible, and given my very limited knowledge of coding in excel, i'm not quite sure where to start. I have thrown together a rough template, with input fields at the top which after pressing the button would send them to the server. The results would then list down in the lower section.
