    Please help with Run-Time error 13 Type Mismatch

    I am having issues with the following piece of code. The goal is force the user to enter exact strings and validate the input. If not exact, make the user retry until the correct string is entered. I know it has to do with how these need to be defined, but i can 't figure it out.
