Making macros availabe for editing question

When I go to view macros, the function I want to edit looks like this: KATTOOL_ULTIMA1.xlsm!Module1.Close_Program And excel won't give me the option to edit. How can I fix this? The code was copied and pasted from a file that is in 97-2003 format. I suspect that's the problem, but I don't know how to fix it.
