    Automating a boring process

Hey guys, I need your help. I have an Excel file that contains a macro that “Refreshes All” data, and then runs several find and replace functions. After the macro runs, I then manually select different sheets of the workbook and “save as” to various file names. Each sheet has similar data, but it is formatted differently for various sources.

    I have two needs:
    1. I need the macro to automatically run when Excel is opened.
    2. I need the macro to handle the “save as” functions, or achieve the same end result of saving several files under different names and formats.

It seems fairly simple. Is it possible?

    Rapter,

Q1: You can re-name your existing macro Auto_open
Q2: You can turn on your macro-recorder, do the actions, turn off the recorder. You'll then have a macro you can further edit to your taste.
