Date time syntax query in vba

Hi All,

I am able to get the just time via below syntax please alter it i want the date also in in currently it showin hours i need format like

dd/mm/yyy HH:MM:SS


CONVERT(Varchar, DATEPART(HH,START_DATETIME))+':00'
