Scatter Graph, Macro createto add labels to data points in an xy, issue not pulling values

This is the 1st time I've ever tried to create a macro, and I recently found some instructions online (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/213750). So I was able to create a macro to add labels to data points in an xy scatter chart in Excel. It seemed to work, but now when I look at the data, it does not appear to be graphing the X axis value, it is only graphing the Y axis. Also I only wanted to add the COUNTRY name to the graph as the label, not country and value. Is there any quick fix to adjust this?
