Populate Array directly from Non-Contiguous range cells

Hi
I wish to load a snapshot of the values of 3 non-contiguous cell ranges in to an Array. In this case, 3 arbitrary ListColumns, such that I can work with the ListColumn values in the Array.
The code I developed is failing to load the 3 distinct ranges into each column in the Array, instead just one of the ListColumn values loads into the Array.
