Need Help with VBA Macro - adding/deleting rows (New to Macros)

Ok this is the last of a very long project and I have been putting it off till the end. I need the code for the following:

The project I have is multiple worksheets based on populated data from a pivot table. The data is populated based on filtered cells.

The problem lies in the pivot table grows and shrinks based on items that are in inventory. This causes the worksheets to grow and shrink.

I need extra rows deleted (except spacer rows) and for rows where data is not being shown, I need rows added and the formula from the row above copied and pasted into the new rows.

Please let me know if further explanation is needed.
