Creating an add-in: References and Relations

I'm wanting to create an XLAM add-in of my favorite macros, for my team members to use, and have a couple of questions I'm not finding quick answers to.

    1) For some of the macros that exist in my Personal.xlsb, I've had to add references to various libraries. How will I add those references in my XLAM, as it appears that adding references covers any workbook in Excel. Will I have to tell my team members what references to add and how to add them?

    2) The macros that will be going into my XLAM are some of the same ones that exist in my Personal.xlsb. Do I need to change the names in my XLAM so they don't conflict with the related ones in my Personal.xlsb?

BTW, I'm planning on using Ron DeBruin's "MyAddin" from this page: http://www.rondebruin.nl/qat.htm

Thanks for any answers and help on this.

    John
