VBA to copy cell text when condition met

    1Combined training report.xlsm

    Hello all,
First I have been able to solve several previous problems by viewing post on this site so thank you.
This is the first posting that I have made, please let me know if I do something wrong.

The problem I am having is I want to create VBA code or excel function that properly grabs the user name, rank, base, and text/date in training column; column cell data from column A-C, and applicable columns (G-AA) on tab1 and pastes to tab3 under the corresponding training. The code will need to use the codes in row 2 on tab3 for every time the red number increases it grabs the data from that row on tab1.

The appearance of tab3 is still being worked out. It would be best if the code could have the rows auto fit the number of rows copied from tab1 with the training listed vertically. Clearing the data before each import. I have the example of what training 1 and 2 would look like. however it could be just under the columns on tab 3 if need be.
The macro button would be placed on tab2 in column H.

Please let me know if you need any clarification. I am not a great programmer but have read through a few of the basics so I may be able to adjust if need be.

Thank you in advance for the help!
