Filter data on seperate workbook and paste on current workbook

Hi Guys,

Having a bit of trouble figuring this one out. I'm looking for some VBA that will go to a new workbook and filter data on it based on a cell in the current workbook, copy this data and paste it in to the current workbook.

Which allows me to select a workbook (which i'd like to do) but this then opens that workbook (which I don't really want to do), it filters the data correctly but I then need this data copied and pasted back on to my current workbook in cell B37. Another problem i'm running in to is that when I try a macro to copy the filtered data it selects all cells and ends up pasting everything .

I'm sure it's a fairly simple solution but I am rubbish at this VBA stuff.
