Update Graph in Powerpoint Presentation through Excel VBA macro

I have a powerpoint presentation with about 40 slides with 1 graph/slide that need to be updated every month.

I have written a macro that will create a copy of the presentation and go to the respective slide and select the Graph that is to be updated.
Now, I am not able to open the chart data through the macro for adding the new months data in the source

I just figured out that 'Chart.ChartData' is giving an error. Compile Error: User-defined type not defined
am I missing on some references or something...??
